WestRock Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.375 Per Share

NORCROSS, Ga., April 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WestRock today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.375 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2016 and which will be paid on May 16, 2016.
