Direct Stock Purchase Plan

WestRock offers the WestRock Company Reinvestment and Purchase Plan, a direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan for shareholders of WestRock common stock. If you already own WestRock shares registered in your own name, you may enroll in the plan and choose to reinvest some or all of your dividends to buy more shares. The CIP also offers WestRock shareholders as well as new investors the ability to make additional cash purchases to acquire more stock.
